When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. After that, please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery to your home. During high-demand periods, shipping may take up to 6 days. Our packages are sent via La Poste; we do not use pick-up points.
My order is incomplete
Due to our different warehouses and partnerships with various manufacturers, your products may be delivered in multiple packages. So, don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time. Our average delivery times are 6 to 12 business days. Some packages may take a bit longer. However, if you still haven't received your package 35 business days after your order, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item when it arrives.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours of your purchase. That’s why you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to send us an email for cancellation or modification. Beyond this timeframe, your items will likely have already been shipped, and we will not be able to make changes to your order.
The item I received is damaged/defective
Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it’s possible that your package may arrive damaged. In this case, or if there is a design defect, please contact us by email with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue (incorrect/defective item, etc.)
3. A photo or video of the damage
You won’t need to return the product. We will refund the amount of your order directly as a store credit (if you prefer another form of refund, please let us know).

Are my details secure?
To ensure the protection of your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to prevent any inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL encryption and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards widely recognized in the industry.
