  • Commission rates and details

    This advertising commission schedule ("Schedule") is part of the operating agreement governing your participation in the affiliate program.

  • This schedule outlines the advertising commission rates you can earn as a participant in the program. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning advertising commissions on certain products. From time to time, we may modify this schedule in accordance with the operating agreement. All capitalized terms used below that are not defined on this page have the meanings assigned to them in the operating agreement. Each calendar month, you can earn advertising commissions for qualified purchases. Most advertising commissions are calculated as a percentage of qualified revenue based on the tables below and are subject to the limitations described in the section "Limitations on Advertising Commission Rates for Certain Products" below.

  • We may also offer advertising commissions in the form of bonuses or other special offers as described in the "Special Offers and Promotions" section below. "Qualified revenue" refers to the amounts we receive from qualified customer purchases, excluding shipping, handling, and gift wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and subtracting discounts, credit card processing fees, returns, and doubtful accounts. The standard commission structure of the program is described in Table 1.
  • The advertising commission rates you can earn vary based on the category of products shipped, streamed, or downloaded (as applicable) during a given calendar month that constitute qualified purchases. We will determine the classification of products within each category as outlined in Table 1 below or otherwise described on this page.

  • Standard commission structure
