Once an order is placed on djolie.com, it can’t be modified. This includes changes to item size, color, quantity, shipping method, or delivery address. However, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • For Registered Customers:
    Sign in to your account and head to your Orders page.
    Click “View or Manage” next to the order you wish to cancel, then select “Cancel Order” and follow the steps.

  • For Guests:
    Enter your order number and email address to locate your order. If it’s still eligible, the “Cancel Order” button will be available.

If you don’t see the cancel option, the 15-minute window has passed and your order can no longer be canceled—even by our team. But don’t worry: once your items arrive, you’ll still be able to return or exchange them according to our return policy.

👉 If you need to make a change, the best option is to cancel within 30 minutes and place a new order with the correct details.
