Return Window You have 45 days from the date of delivery to report any issue with your order.

What We Cover We accept refund or replacement requests for the following situations:

  • Item not received after the expected delivery period
  • Wrong item received (wrong size, color, or product)
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Significant quality issue upon first wear

What We Don't Cover We are unable to process refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide carefully before purchasing)
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings

How to Submit a Request To open a dispute, please contact us at support@djolie.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo or video showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Photo Requirements Please ensure your photos clearly show the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Blurry or incomplete photos may delay your request.

Processing Time Once your request is received and reviewed, we will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Replacements In many cases, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund. We'll confirm with you which option works best before proceeding.

No Physical Returns Required Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we work directly with our fulfillment partner to resolve all issues. You do not need to ship items back unless specifically requested.

Porch Theft & Lost Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
